Booking Policy

Deposit Requirements

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 30-60 days before departure: 30% of total cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 7-15 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Adequate travel insurance
  • Meeting health and fitness requirements for activities
  • Respectful behavior towards guides, other travelers, and local communities

Liability

Elegant Algeria acts as an agent for tour operators and service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
